Larger Offices

Our smaller offices are approximately 100 sq. ft and our larger offices are approximately 120 sq. ft. The extra space in each office is included in the standard pricing.

Meeting Spaces

Whether you're presenting to a small team or you've put together a large presentation, our variety of meeting spaces offer fitting accommodations. M2M Element members can choose from our Executive Conference Room, Half or Full Auditorium, Pitch Theater or Flex Classroom.

Lab Spaces

M2M Element offers three different types of on-site lab spaces for our co-working residents to use. Members are able to reserve M2M Labs™ spaces: Wet Lab, Mock OR, or Large Skills Labs.

Pitch Theater

Our high-tech Pitch Theater Room is fully equipped with a projector, widescreen TVs, high-speed WiFi, AV connections and built-in premium speakers to stream videos and presentations to a large or small group. Turn your pitch into a demonstration with our retractable proctor station view.

Workout Room

Our free, on-site modern workout room is stocked with free weights and plenty of space to roll out your yoga mat.

Adjustable Height Desks

Our versatile, programmable desks are fully equipped with four different setting options that can be customized to each user. Ranging from 23.5"-49" in height, each conversion desk unit has the option to be raised or lowered at just the push of a button.

Free Parking

Austinites spend approximately $11 a day at metered parking during business hours, or pay monthly fees up to $300 for downtown parking garages. Our parking lot is always free and open to our co-working members.

Upscale Business Lounge

Welcome guests and relax in our creative, upscale business lounge, featuring a bar. Coworkers and clients alike will feel relaxed by the modern decor and welcoming design.
